Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of aicce.org and the AICCE examination service (together, "AICCE", "the Service", "we", "us"). AICCE is a brand owned and operated by Adam Eyes ("the Company"). By creating an account, booking an exam, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

AICCE certifies applied AI competence across a sequence of levels. You register for an account, book a paid slot for a specific exam level, sit the exam through the Exam Portal at the scheduled time, and receive a scored, versioned result once it has been evaluated. Levels unlock in order — you must pass a level before booking the next one.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must be the person sitting the exam under your account — credentials and results are tied to the individual who earned them and may not be transferred or sold.

3. Booking, payment & fees

Each exam level has a fixed fee, shown at checkout before payment, inclusive of applicable tax. Payments are processed by Razorpay on behalf of the Company. A booking is only confirmed once payment succeeds; an unpaid or abandoned booking does not hold your slot. If you don't pass a level, you may re-sit it, but each attempt is charged the full fee for that level — re-sits are not free or discounted.

4. Cancellations, rescheduling & refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in full in our Cancellation & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Exam conduct & integrity

You must sit the exam yourself, without unauthorized assistance, within the scheduled window on the date you booked. The Exam Portal records basic integrity signals during your session — including tab switches, exits from fullscreen, and window-focus changes — for review. We reserve the right to invalidate a result, suspend an account, or refuse future bookings where we find credible evidence of impersonation, collusion, or other conduct that undermines the integrity of the assessment.

6. Results & credentials

Assessment scoring is handled independently of the booking platform and, once issued, a result is versioned and immutable — corrections are published as a new dated version rather than silently edited. Anyone can verify a result's authenticity via its public verification page using the credential's verification ID.

7. Recruiter & institution access

Organizations may search anonymized or candidate-authorized result data for recruitment or admissions purposes, subject to separate terms accepted at signup for those account types and to our Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to circumvent exam security, scrape or bulk-extract data from the Service, misrepresent your identity, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

9. Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including reliance by a third party on a verified result. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [CITY], India.
